Im sorry for asking this, but, i've searched through the boards for an hour and havent found the answer (vaguely, but nothing solid).
Im going to start a low carb diet. I cant find out how many cals i should take in a day [to compensate for lack of carbs], along with the amounts of protein , fat and fiber.
Carbups : Found vague info on this too, but not enough to get me started. Eat clean carbs, no junk, but not sure how much.
If someone would be kind enough to explain how many [or how to find out] cals/proteins/fats/fibre to take in, and how to properly do a carbup, i would be extremly grateful
