Hi, my name is Ian. I am a 39 yr old father/husband/jack-of-all-trades, who has been working out hard for the past couple of years again (this after a 6 year hiatus), and am interested in maximizing my potentials.
I dropped in weight when first starting to workout again back in 2009 (went from 207 lbs to a scrawny 138 lbs by the end of last year; this is with me being 5'10", medium body frame), and am now back up to 156 lbs, watching what I eat closely. Am working towards getting up to around 170 lbs, with minimial body fat gains.
Anyhow, I look forward to reading and hopefully responding to many of the topics in this forum. Its good to be here!
