what type of carbs do you eat before des?
do i have to eat carbs even when im cutting? (keeping them morning and post w/o)

its ok, but stay with me on this one bro, i know you have probably had these questions million times over,but where I live peptides and everything regarding it is a rocket science trust me,no one to talk to.
