IML Gear Cream!
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
1 oz. Almonds
2 Packets Stevia
1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Blend All ingredients w 2-3 oz. of water , pour the mixture into muffin cups (only 1/3 way full)
Freeze for few hours

Omg!! That sounds so good. What's the info on them.( fat, cal,carbs, protein)
