male left side of chest, bitch tit like?

Hey I got a question about the left side of my chest seems to be bitch tit like, where the right side is very flat. Im 5'7" and weigh 145 is all. I workout and run alot but still have this problem and I wonder if its even fat anymore. Doesnt even really feel like fat. How to tell if its possible to lose it with out surgery because man has it become annoying.

Could very well by a very light form of gynecomastia, or an enlargement of male breast tissue. Happens in younger guys a lot, but can happen in older men too....not life threatening or anything, though once in a great while it can be a hint that other slight hormone problems exist....

It's also not always symetrical

Go to your doc and just ask next time you're there....
