All of these are ok really. The main thing after a workout is a good whey protein and some simple carbs. Depending on bodyweight and goals, somewhere between 30-60 g of protein and 60-120 g of carbs is what to shoot for.
I use Syntrax Nectar and white rice most often.

If those are your choices, the Syntrax is the best because it is whey isolate which is absorbed very quickly. If I may make a reccommendation, I love VP2 by AST, it is a hydrolyzed whey isolate, probably the quickest absorbing protein around, perfect for postworkout.
