How much water?

How much water do you drink daily?

The last several days I've been drinking almost 2 gals / day ...

In turn, I've been taking bladder busting pisses about every 1/2 hour.

Will my bladder (or tolerance) expand as I continue this heightened water intake?

It's interfering with my life!

1 gallon is enough. Unless you're doing a lot of sweating...

I drink 1-1.5 gallons a day just because water is free and readily available in my building. Don't worry, your bladder will get better in time! :laugh:

Just don't hold it too much every day - you can get some infections that way.

I drink MINIMUM 1 gallon a day.. usually 1.5 gallons..
the bathroom seems to be my best friend. lol always have to go!
