After trying many different routines, and beating my body to death, training 6 times a week.
I switched to 4 days a week one bodypart every 7 days.
50 minute very intense workouts.
Presto! more growth than I have ever seen.
I also take a week off every 8 weeks.
I use to think, I have to train more, I will shrink if I am not in the gym, well I forced myself to do this schedule and it is working.
Less was more for me, Maybe it might help someone else.
