re-question about BF measuring techniques

ok guys anyone . Tryed to post on correct forum.. liek 6 people have looked at it in 3 days. Just curious about how to do it consistant and properly. Thx, am I that stupid .. lol!!

A set of BF calipers would be best. It's difficule to stay consistant with a tape.

Digital calipers work well, I can tell you that once you hit single digits they do not work well though.

But for progress measuring they are fine, the key is consistency, no matter how you're testing your bf, it needs to be the same method, same person, etc.
