it's been a while since I???ve posted here. What can I say too much gym and work! Anyways, I have this problem. My elbows are crap! I will get a not soo great feeling, not sharp shooting pain, and I can feel something is out of place. So what I do is a bicep flex and my elbows pop back in place, or I???ll flex my triceps. Anyone else have this problem? Or know about this condition?
