Hey everyone.
I'm new here, I ran across the forum about a week ago and I've been reading non-stop ever since.
I've worked out on and off for about 3 or 4 years, never for any stint longer than 3 months or so. My diet has never been even near perfect, and after the amount of reading I've been doing, it seems nearly EVERYTHING I've been doing, I've been doing wrong (including diet, exercise, etc).
I plan on making a complete change to my lifestyle, and to get into good shape really for the first time in my life (and staying that way permanently). The forums here are great and I'm sure you can all help me get the motivation I desperately need.
I'll probably be starting a journal sometime this week (maybe today), so I think that if I'm accountable for my workouts (to ANYONE reading and checking up on me) it'll help me really get my butt in gear.
Looking forward to talking with a lot of you.
