Weight: 177 lbs. (down from all time high of 265 lbs)

Biggest Obstacle: 20 yr. sufferer of bullimia/BED, being accountable, staying motivated

Goal: To lose about 50 lbs or get down to 16-18% body fat

Food Plan: 6 small meals a day 1250-1600 calories, carb/protein balanced all day, last meal of the day protein/veggie only

Excercise Plan: 30-40 min of cardio 4-5 times a week, weight-lifting split 3x a week, Yoga 1-2x a week
