I have been working out for years.. but recently I took two years off..... Marriage....yada yada
Anyways this was my routine that I had...
Bench Press
Flat 10 set 8 set 6 set 4 set
Incline 10 set 8 set 6 set 4 set
Decline 10 set 8 set 6 set 4 set
3 sets of 10 cable crossover
Machine Flys 3 sets of 8
I would usually do this Monday and Friday
