Training Style

Branch follows what he calls a “power routine”. He trains four days per week with the following split.

Monday – Chest and Biceps
Tuesday – Hamstrings and Quads
Wednesday – Off
Thursday – Shoulders, Triceps
This is exactly what pops into my head and probably every other guys, when he thinks about a body builder.

Regardless of how "good" you think it looks, you have to respect that. Unless it was gotten to with juice, in which case it has a somewhat lesser value.

Still.......I wouldn't want to piss him off if I were driving a Geo.
