    I'm not sure if you meant to type it that way. Circuit training is, as you said, medium-ish weights done in higher rep ranges and with little or no rest between sets. The two "heavy" workouts I suggest are the opposite: lift as heavy as you can, safely and with good form, in a 5-8 rep range...
