    new to the forum

whats up everyone, This is my first post...obviously. Ive read through all the stickies and found some great advice. Im 34, 194 and been training for a little over a year. Im looking to gain lean mass and get stonger. Ive had 3 back surgeries recently on my lower back...about 2 years ago, ending in a 360 fusion...so would welcome any advice on focusing on that area to keep very strong because as you can imagine, back surgeries suck. So consider my mind a sponge because Im pretty new. I have been blessed with decent genetics though because when I do it right, I see results pretty quickly.
