Any one use tobacco products and if so, how has it affected your training, recovery, etc. Chewing tobacco, smoking, hookah?

I smoke.. eat enough and do cardio like a mofo and you still are behind a guy with non messed up lungs.. Not a great habit to have but you can work through it.

So when nicotine hits your system it contracts your blood vessels causing less bloodflow. In theory that means less pumps and less nutrient rich blood glow to help aid in recovery/repair. Which means if your serious about getting size....quit the tobacco products.

Bodybuilding is about improving your body, smoking destroys your body.

First, yes, it's bad! But, I smoke almost a pack aday & I haven't seen any down side to my diet, tranning, or recovery. I think I gain just as much as the next guy, depending on ur dedacation. I plan to quit, & am in the process of doin so. But to answer ur ques. IMO it has no affect.
