    Supps after cycle

    May be more appropriate in the supp forum, however kinda an oddball question that I haven't seen addressed here or over there.

    About to come off cycle, and trying to figure out when you're able to use NO ingredient supps? Obviously not supposed to take while on, but is it safe during PCT or should you wait until your PCT is completed? Halfway through? Etc...

    Why would you think that? When I was on cycle I took Jack3d and Noxipro for my pre workout supplement. Had 0 problems. Personally I think NO products are trash. Especially NO Xplode.

    So just start taking a good creatine as soon as you start pct. That way when the oil clears you can keep ahold of some of that water you been holding in, and should help on keeping some of the strength gains too!

    No explode I don't care for and my body got used to Jack3d pretty quickly. But C4 is good stuff. Anyways there were discussions about it negatively effecting your pituatary gland while on cycle.

    Pre workout is the biggest ripoff. Save your money
    Bodybuilding is about learning to maximally contract a muscle. It is not about lifting weight. The best bodybuilders in the world are that way because they can contract their muscle harder than you, NOT because they lift more.
