    12 week test p. cycle adive

    i want to do a 10-12 week test p(500mg/w), hcg, clen, dbol mixer. any advise on best way to do it? plenty of all of the above available so i want info on these products omly. only helpful info please.

    5-11
    208
    18% bf(tested at gym)
    cardio is in effect
    diet is accounted for
    training is consistant
    none is as good as yours but am doing my best. help a brother out
    goal is to add a little muscle trim a little fat (mostly mid section) no extremes at this piont.

    If you want a 10 or 12 week cycle go with test e or c.

    Btw, what do you mean a dbol mixer?

    sorry not "mixer", bad choice of words.
    'test p, hcg, clen, dbol stack.
    how much hcg and when should i use it? i have clomid for pct. should i wait till pct or run it throughout the next 8 weeks?

    drop the prop and go with test-c longer ester dont have to pin as much and drop the dbol you gain mad weight get blotted look. You could hit up the d-bol for about 4 weeks and then do winny to rip it up. Take the test the hole time and up your protein you will need it. Protein synthesis will be increased. Im about you same build. Bout to do test-c and dbol first 6 weeks then test-c and tren 6 weeks then tect-c with winny for four weeks. Its going to be dangerous.

    so i started yesterday. 200mg before bed. slept great woke up rested and full of energy(rock'n a super missle). had a great feeling all day and hit the gym at 6pm after work, for about 1.5 hrs. was a beast. (pinned again at 9pm) to maintain a 500mg p/w cycle (of test p). no sore injection site either. is response normal this fast? or just a fluke? i read up on it before i bought it, fast effects is the piont. thanks for your input. decided to go 8 weeks and save the rest for later, will be drinking tons of water and upping protien intake, since i have 3.5 weeks of dbol at 25mg a day id like input on if i should throw it in. also should i run HCG through out or at pct w/ clomid? thanks again.

    You just had the placebo at this point. Props fast but not that fast.
    Sure toss the d-bol into the cycle for the first 3.5 wks.
    Do the HCG throughout the cycle. Start the HCG right away 250iu's 2x wkly and if you have to raise it you can. For some thats enough and others go to 500iu's 2x wkly.
    You can start you'r PCT early like 3 days after your last prop pin. Since it's a fast ester it will clear quick.
    For 8 wks you'r PCT wont have to be as long. Or lets say as much.
    75, 50, 50 50 on clomid should work fine for you on this one.

    Terrible and uneducated advice.

    Better to run prop for a shorter cycle, and get the same gains with less and/or more manageable sides, plus quicker PCT time and better recovery.


    People who say Longer test ester cycles are better are just brain dead, there is not one benefit from running a longer test ester. If pinning 2x a week vs 3.5x matters to you then you best start playing ping pong.

    so at first no discomfort from pinning. at first. it doesnt hurt enough to change my mind but it makes its presents know to say the least. i dont think i want this feeling in my ass, i sit at work for hrs. if i use my calves i wont be able to walk. might have to raise my desk and get those sneakers with the wheel. anyway.
    i dont exactly want to carry gear n pins around w me. unsafe and no real privacy long enough to use it. for best results when should i pin (test p)? at night after i get home after the gym? in the morning before i leave? or just find a good clean place to do what i gotta do shortly before i go to the gym.
    all in all i feel pretty good. tuesday was awesome, wednesday not so much-but after i got lifting i felt much better.
    got some anti-bacterial body wash for oilly skin to minimize breakouts, (dial), any tried and true recommendation for that? and some scalp cleanser to help keep what i got and slow down any more loss. same question-any recommendations. in already shave my head 1/2 style, 1/2 becuase resistance is futile. i just dont wanna enhance my body and lose all my hair and be all zitty, its a dead give away know what i mean.

    You didnt say where you pinned.
    I personally like thighs. You have a very large area on both sides to hit.
    You can switch from side to side and up a bit or down a bit so it gives many sites.
    As far as the pain from prop goes a lot of that depends on where you got you'r gear.
    Some hurts more than others and some say it's even painless. I never have had prop be totally painless but it can vary widely.
    I assume you'r prop is 100mgs per ml so you will need five spots.
    If this is you'r first cycle prop sure wouldnt have been my choice but you have what you have.
    Morning pins work best for me. Sure dont take the chance to carry pins & gear anywhere with you. That would just be asking for trouble.
    Do them at home before you go to work.

    thanks roadking.
    its not a dibilitating pain just soar. it could be a combo of injection n squats/leg press. i can say what kind right? just not where? anyway. i was thinking, if im pinning test and hcg its more locations cuz the insilin neddles from the pharmacy only hold 1cc, what about larger suringes. i can load both andhitin one spot , maybe easier to absorbe too? just a thought.

    there is so much conflicting "broscience" and personal opinions.
    george, your very helpful too. but the pizza and cake is killing me......
    like i asked first.... what to do to add a modest amount of muscle and trim off a few (5-8) lbs of not muscle. i know for large gains that doesnt work, mass then trim, so input please.
    when will i get best results from clen?

    hcg can be done sub-q. pin around ur belly button like a diabetic. just pinch the skin and hit it on an angle to get under the skin.
