    Tell ne what you think about my supplement that I'm taking!!

    So I usually have
    1-3 scoops of Gold Standard 100% on Whey protein as a snack in the daytime
    Post Workout I have 2 scoops of Afterglow
    Pre and Intra I have Modern BCAA (just bought today)
    Pre workout I have Supp-D

    Im trying to get cut up btw but I think these supps are good for both bulking and cutting

    I might get Xtend or purple wraath next month to substitute the modern bcaa

    i dno prob 150 a month give or take.

    The afterglow doesn't have a whole lots of BCAA's i figure I can take Modern BCAA during cardio on off days as well? Im on a cycle to so I dno if it would be any more helpful.

    I wish I woulda posted something before I bought the Modern BCAA lol. Maybe ill just have that intra and not pre?

    If your really trying to get cut I would suggest getting a fat burner. Do you have any that you've tried before?

    my PWO shake has
    BCAA AKG 2.50g **
    L-Leucine AKG 1375mg
    L-Valine AKG 625mg
    L-Isoleucine AKG 625mg

    Is that enough for after my workout if I have some Intra?

    If you have a chance try out DS Craze pre workout off Orbitnutrition. This stuff tastes amazing but is unreal in effects. Your supps look good

    no need for wraath and bcaa's
    buy pure leucine for pre and 1 scoop whey for post
    u can take 10gr leucine as pre,or 5gr pre and 5 intra

    or,as i do,take the whey 40 minutes before gym
    and leycine at post

    Id give Driven Sports Craze a look. Definitely the strongest Pre-Workout in my opinion.
