parboiled rice 65 grams of already cooked rice ( it doesn't have to be parboiled rice)
eggs x3
bran oats (you can use but don't have to)
olive oil 4 grams
salt pepper
tomato 85 grams

Split whites from yolks and mix whites until you get foam. Add foam from whites to to the rest of ingredients as well salt and pepper and mix it all together. Pour 4 grams of olive oil on a frying-pan and wait until it gets hot and then pour rice pie. Fry it for 6-7 minutes on medium fire and when it's done slice tomato and put it around the pie.
Enjoy great bulking pie!
