    She can do whatever she pleases. Otherwise, we would have stated otherwise pre-shipment. In no way was I trying to pressure her into doing something she is not comfortable doing. Certainly, 20 mg daily could result in some side effects, but only rarely will that dosage result in long-term changes to one' apperance and/or voice. Most women maintain their full degree of femininity after using Var for years (properly cycling, of course).

    Again, I don't think anyone was trying to "push" higher dosages omn her. Rather, it seems to me they were stating their opinion.

    I had a great workout today! I just did some circuit training with moderate weight and I was EXHAUSTED! I had to cut the workout short because I pushed myself a little too hard lol..but I liked it After taking a little break and fitting in a protein shake, Juice and I went for a run at the park and were acting like little kids on the monkey bars, pull up bar and jumping over benches lol

    NOTE:
    I am getting a little bit of acne and skin is oily
    My hands wont stop falling asleep and when I was working out both my arms were tingling and slowly falling asleep

    LOL...even after years of killing every muscle with weight training, doing something as simple asrunning can make us sore. I know what you mean. It is pretty amazing how well the body can adapt to specific tasks, while only slight changes can completely throw the body off, resulting in a significant amount of DOMS.

    Very sore!!! I worked arms and shoulders in the garage yesterday which was a change. My skin is ridiculous right now..breaking out even worse and super oily. Not fun at all

    Arms are looking very nice..staying very full! My left knee has given me problems since I was younger but its really acting up lately. It is VERY hard to get to sleep every night and when I do I cant stay asleep. Also, hard to sit in class everyday..and definitely doesn't allow me to do heavy squats. I am trying to do everything I can to help so it doesn't COMPLETELY ruin my leg training.

    My tummy looks crazy..injections are giving me red welts and bruises lol

    Mikes advise is spot-on ... "I would only consider this change."

    HGH - in the morning is good but you might be better off injecting - "before bed."

    I spent a lot of time researching this - as there a lot of very experienced people
    with different opinions - so here's what I've found...

    One school says you produce hGH during sleep - so you should inject in the morning
    or just after workouts - because you are already producing it during sleep.

    The other school says you do not produce hGH the same as you did as a child ... "hence
    this IS the reason for injecting additional hGH into the body"

    - And hGH is programed to naturally be released into body during sleep as ... "this is when it's most effective."

    Knowing that - HGH peaks during adolescence - and gradually declines.

    At the age of 25-30 it declines 1-2% per year ... they say at the age of 40 you will
    be at 40% of what you would be at as of the age or 20.

    OK - knowing that - here's why I personally choose injecting before bedtime...

    HGH is naturally produced when sleeping - there's a reason our bodies choose this time
    - as this is when it is most effective ... "that's just how our bodies work."

    For me - I workout very late at night so I get the best of both worlds of injecting before
    bed - and after workouts.

    It looks like you're doing great!

    I think I can see blood still flowing through its veins...lol... damn I could never eat it that rare...

    As for the Welts... what are you using Bact Water or sterile water? And what size slin pin? as both of these can be causing the welts.. I use bac water and 5/8" slin 31g

    I use bac water and 29g 1/2" slin pin. I have researched a lot of peptides and would inject 3 times a day and never had issues with welts. Not a big deal just doesnt look to great lol

    I have been strong as hell lately. Yesterdays workout was great, I am really focusing on building my chest so lots of bench and flyes. I was benching 85 over 20times easily which was nice. I cant go TOOO crazy with bench since I had a problem with my left shoulder a while back so im taking it slow. Already seeing improvements in my chest so im excited

    Today I started FST-7. It was ridiculous! I worked chest and tris and my front delts and chest were on fire, like painfully pumped. I am loving this cycle right now..everytime I get to another vial of HGH I get a little sad lol
