    Question need some advice please!!!???

    hey guys i am 19 i weigh 130 and im 5'4 i have been lifting weight since i could remember and im pretty muscular for my size. my mom put me on HGH ineluctable during my growth spurt since i was very short as a kid. but suddenly i have not been seeing any gains with diet or hard training and was wondering what the safest was to do a cycle of super DMZ Rx 2.0 any help would be great thanks !!!!

    1st and foremost is to gain size/weight you need to up ur calories and eat more. No if ands or buts about it. Thats the only way and ur training has to be point on. Once u can be honest with urself regarding those 2 things u can and will start to progress. Now you said u already get prescribed hgh. For one, im jealous as fuck of you. I was getttin nutropin pens from a friend for lil m,ore than a year lil while ago and running it along with my other compounds and made the best gains of my life.

    I think you should forget about all kinds of hormonal supplements at your age and just stick with good training and a good diet, being on the thin side is better than being on the fat side. training properly, resting enough and eating properly(not over eating junk food) will get you where you want. it takes years of hard and intelligent training to build up decent muscle gains, THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS AND NO OTHER EXCUSES AND NO REASONS TO TAKE ANY HORMONAL SUPPLEMENTS AT YOUR AGE, you are still growing. post your routine and many here will help you and I can help you as well.

    The safest way to do DMZ at your age is to not do it at all.

    Most likely it's your diet that is holding you back.
