Proper diet will help you keep gains more then anything else will when coming off cycle ...Of course you will lose muscle and some size while off . Idea is to try to keep some what you gained from each continuing cycle

You need to create a good base for yourself or post cycle you shrink up bad. It will come back next cycle.

Like the fellas above said, diet is key along with training. Be sure to get plenty of rest...your body just went thru a lot, so rest is what your body needs....and it's when you rest that your body grows. You may lose some weight, most of it will be water that your body retained. That's OK and expected....you just want to keep it at a minimum. That's why it's important to monitor BF and water retention when on cycle...if one or both start to get too high or too much, adjustment should be made to your AI and or diet. I say this because I can't train anymore like I used to (illness and injuries), and I'm doing everything possible to try and keep all those years of hard earned gains. Thus far, I'm doing "OK". Good luck.

I use proviron only when on....it is an AAS. At least 100mg ED.

For a straight and simple cycle.......

"Contrary to common belief, Proviron is somewhat inhibitory of the HPTA. Using it during the recovery phase as part of post-cycle therapy is counterproductive."

    An interesting article: https://thinksteroids.com/steroid-profiles/proviron/

    Victor,

    Thanks for setting me straight.

I was taught that it was a good bridge drug but I continue to learn something new in regards to gear. There is no substitute for experience. I know you won't disagree about the Krispy Kreme though!

I can't really help ya there my friend, I don't know what you do...how labor intensive it is, how many cals you burn an hr...than metabolism becomes a factor as well as so many others. Do you eat meals during those 16 hours? You are depriving yourself from enough sleep most likely, and that is not good. I can't answer your question, not going to BS ya....but your body NEEDS rest. I used to pull those kind of shifts....and they fucked me up. Mentally and physically.
