Last week my doctor told me I have arthritis he put me on arthotec 75 which seems to help with joint issues. I am also considering some gear for the pain and hopefully to get fluid in the joints. I have tried a low dose of anavar and i will tell you that so far was the best thing I have taken for joints but looking for other ideas.

I have a very physical job and like to stay lean and mean, endurance is something I really need to keep. Extra size doesnt help since it juat slows me down and adds stress to my joints.

My stats
30 years old
175-180#s

So help me out bro's I am not gonna let arthritis get in my way or slow me down!!

Anavar is great for recovery - you didn't mention the dose but I'd venture that's what you were experiencing w/ it. Deca is the traditional 'oil my joints' cycle but you're going to bloat a little because it is exactly the conversion to estrogen that helps the joints. (Guys will traditionally stack this w/ winstrol to balance the estrogen a bit).

Outside of AAS, what is your diet like?

I was intending to look for some research relating arthritis & fish oils - This whole article debunks a couple funky diets I've never heard of (and not suggesting you try) but does mention the interaction of Omega 3 & 6 oils. This one I am suggesting you explore if you aren't already supplementing w/ Omega 3s, some good fish and other fat sources in your diet.

Additionally there's an on-going discussion about glucosamine/chondroitin. A few years ago I came across a study that said use of this particular supplement combination produced inconclusive results. Personally I've always used MSM which has helped.

You might talk to your doc for some options as well, or as for a reference for some options other than just "here take this prescription" - as you said, you want a quality lifestyle so you need to find some ways to work with it.

Can you be more specific in where you're experiencing the arthritis? Also do you know if it is truly rhumatoid arthritis or repetitive motion strains? For repetitive motion-related things, I'd also suggest the direction of icing after you work and after training as well as use of foam roller and lots of attention to 'maintenance' to control it.

Thanks Sassy!

Diet is clean .... whole foods, no fast food, no pop, just drink water and milk.

I take animal omega for fish oils and animal flex for joints also arthotec which doc prescribed.
Rhumatoid arthritis is what I was told.

There is a couple articles out there showing GHRP-2 has antiinflammatory activity. I have osteoarthritis and use the GHRPs in my protocols and it seems to help. Here is one of the articles I think. It's free if you want to read it.

Anti-inflammatory effect of the ghrelin agonist growth hormone-releasing peptide-2 (GHRP-2) in arthritic rats.

Have you tried Hyaluronic acid along with Msm, glucosamine and chondroitin?
That plus about 9 grams of fish oil a day is a life saver for me when things start gettin a bit dry and creaky.

Good luck Laborer, I hope you find some relief.
