Mix it with water and take it by itself, you may want to wait 20 min before or after protein, I've heard it can break the protein down (I don't know this for sure).
alright, im gonna go ahead and take it 30 minutes after taking my protein...do u think its as effective as when eating it right after working out? thanx

Take creatine pre workout, 30 minutes and protein post workout 30 min. You already have both naturally but you need to add to your supply of creatine before your workout and add protein after your workout.
Oh ya, grape juice! If you really feel manly do like I do, take it with just a little grape juice and let it desolve in your mouth. It will obsorb better in your mouth rather than in your stomach. Creatine monohydrate taken orally only has an obsorbtion rate of approx 50 % if swallowed. ( powder form )
I have heard not to take it with any type of juice. Something about canceling our. I use to take it with Koolaid or something with some dextrose. (dont know for sure about it though)
hey i was told to take creatine 1 tsp(5g) with 3 tsp of dextrose (u can buy it cheap at the bulk store) and take that with water pre workout. just taste like surgar water but the dextrose is suppose to help in the absorbtion well...
