Well I've ran several pct at this point...
Holistic
Test boosters
Hcg alone
And the above.

My sex drive ect still all fine. Just my energy, moody, and not nearly as horny as I was before. But I still perform when I need to or want to.

What was your original baseline? There isn't much else you can do to jumpstart your HPTA (maybe triptorelin, but I'm no doctor). What was your free test measured in? What time in the day did you have your draw? Test can drop from 500+ ng/dL after waking up to 300 by noon as part of normal daily variation. Also, are you on a cutting diet currently?

Originally I had to be at 500 or so. I ran some sust for 3 weeks, had a psoriasis outbreak and had to stop. 6 mos later I was at 432. Ran a full cycle for 15 weeks of test deca and var. pct was all over. Then ran pct the right way 3 more times thru the year and can't get past 356.
Not on a cutting diet and haven't been in the gym in almost 10 mos cause of a back injury. Been getting back the past 3 weeks.
Test was taken at 9am (fasted for 10 hrs prior).

Stop beating the shit out of a dead horse. Continuously taking more drugs to try and "fix" your natural test level seems incredibly counterproductive to me. Give it time and let your body try to sort it it out. But that very well may be your new normal.

I'm sure u read the memo thats says taking steroids can permanently alter your natural test levels..putting some people on TRT for life. Additionally, taking 3,000iu's of HCG in 2 weeks also seems kinda risky...too much HCG can permanently "de-sensitize" your testicles...making then less responsive. Food for thought.

I would go see a specialist and see what he has to say, be honest.

Is TRT not an option?

The endocrinologist responses are by the book and useless. You in "normal range". Pshh yea of I'm 70 with class 1 diabetes.
I'm 30 and still wanna have kids. So trt is on the burner for now.

How many tests have come back at this level? If its just your most recent give it time and check again.

Also, if your free test is measured in pg/mL it's high as shit and you have little to be concerned with.

TRT isn't likely to render you infertile if you weren't already. If your really concerned about fertility and as distraught about your test as it appears, freeze your sperm and coerce TRT.

You also said you just got back into the gym after hiatus. I see nothing to be worried about until you consistently test at these levels. Just give it time. Your lifting alone could alter your test and cortisol enough to illicit a drop like that.

That's what I was thinking. I didn't think it all looked THAT bad except my free test before this was 85.1 pg/ml. But I got my fsh and Lh up from where it was. But 4 tests now my total test is within 20 points.
I'm guessing not being in the gym could cause 100 point difference In Total t?
Not to mention stressed to the 9s.

Stress could easily cause this. Man, that's 3-4 times more free test than normal, most Mass spec tests will stop counting above mid 50s pg/mL! Consider yourself lucky lol. How's your fat intake and cholesterol levels? Ever test cortisol?

I'd say let your body try to recover without hcg, hmg, Clomid and stuff. You have done numerous cycles of it. Give it 4 to 6 months and retest.

Cortisol was 17.1. My cortisol levels are usually a touch high prolly cause of stress and lack of sleep. All my other levels are normal. My bf is probably 16-17%.

I'm doing that now. I'm feeling like exercise and a clean lean diet with vitamins is gonna be the answer at this point but I still have to ask because I know a lot book wise but experience speaks so much louder u know.

I disagree.

You might have to "shop around" for the right specialist but the good one's are out there, trust me. Wanting to have kids and being on trt doesn't mean you can't.

This is true.

I came off after blasting and cruising for 2 1/2 years and my test came back almost right about the same level as yours.. I gave it 8 months and said screw it and went back on.

When you say "had to be 500 or so" it sounds like you are guessing, which means, you have no idea no matter how you felt.

I've known guys not yet 20 who had numbers just below 300 naturally, never did anything. Not everyone is 'gifted' with ridiculous test levels.

I ran a 3 week cycle had to stop cause i had a bad psoriasis break out, and 6 mos later ran blood it came in at 432. So yes I'm guessing about the extra 63 points.
