ND did a great job getting to the NC based on the talent they can get into their program. Alabama has successfully recruited top athletes for years while ND occasionally grabbed the sporadic top rated athlete. I think this season helped ND get some solid talent into their system which really seems to be onthe rise. If their coach can take them to the NC with good players imagine what things will look like in the next few years. Alabama is another breed of players right now, they're bigger, stronger and faster than anyone. I think dual threat qb's expose them more than anything else...ND failed to set theirs free

This sport is nearly unwatchable until a playoff system is implemented.

TCU Horned frog fan here.They are pretty good now but I was watching them in the 70s when they would be lucky to win one game a year.Last couple of years I have also started watching the Baylor Bears.Coach Art Briles has completely turned them around.
