I'm an average build 20 years old male and am in pretty good shape...
Lately I started working out 5+ days a week (past 3 months)!
At Bally Total Fitness they now have a 30 day challenge program where you take before and after 30 days picture with news paper...
I had to buy a $90 packet to enter it and in it I found:
11oz Creatine bottle (65 servings) 5 per day for first week and 2 per day after wards...
1) I want to know what is creatine and what are the risk factors involved? Exactly how it builds muscle? I heard something about helping muscles retain water... and when you stop working out, muscles mass is lost...
I do want to build my muscles somewhat more, but I do want to do it as safely and naturally as possible...
2) I take Isopure protein shakes 2x a day of 50 grams... is that too much per serving?
3) What can you say about this Ripping Gel ? I'm not looking for trouble, just a more productive way of workout...
Is it safe? What is that stuff?
4) What should I do (that is still safe) to be competitive in that 30 day challenge?
5) If you know of a good place where I can post this please tell me and any links are very much appreciated...
