Anyone mind offering some suggestions on HIIT examples? I'm tired of cardio and I'm not getting much out of it anyway. I've thought about doing hang cleans for HIIT but would like some other input as well :winkfinger:

burpiees and wind spints
(wind sprint = get in plank with flat side up on bosu and bring alternating legs to chest as fast as you can)

aaaahh i had to do 300 burpiees in flak and kevlar a month or 2 back

but pick four complex moves to hit it with for a total workout about 30 mins to get true results
you will not see anything by working out 10 mins no matter what you are doing
though ANYTHING is better than nothing and when in time crunch ........
ps Its SUPPOSED to hurt lol .... you asked about hit didd you not?!

This was bread and butter during my football days, and I still love the punishment. I can do this for about 12-15 minutes before I feel like throwning up.

Otherwise, you can run at a fast pace for 30 seconds, then walk for 1:30...Repeat for about 15 minutes. It is not as painful, but still very effective.

Then it is best to do 20-30 minutes of low-mod intensity cardio to burn the released fat stores from your HIIT training.
