water retention brah, I had a huge cheat meal one day (pizza cookies etc., vacation give me a break lol) and woke up 5.5 pounds heavier the next day. Got back to my normal diet and dropped that same weight over the next two days

How many carbs bro?
This was my exact diet that day;

Meal 1. 4 pieces of french raisin bread toast, syrup and a 50 gram whey shake mixed into a strawberry banana smoothie. The Yoplait smoothie has zero fat, 28g carbs, 2g protein.

Meal 2. Two bananas, fish and potato, low carb monster

Meal 3. Large extra steak and rice bowl

Meal 4. Two turkey bagel sandwiches, bag of low fat chips and 3 special K bars.

Meal 5. Pasta, meatballs, bread sticks, one beer.
saw a flick and got some red vines and a coke

Meal 6. Left over pasta and meatball, 2 special k bars, nightime shake.

yeah, its amazing between carbs and water how much weight can be gained and lost pretty quickly, I cut carbs starting Monday and I weighed 4 pounds lighter today in only 3 days.

I can definetly attest to water and carbs changing weight rapidly, especialy when things like D-bol are in play.

When I would cut and bloat for powerlifting meets, I could drop and regain 10-12lbs over a 48hr period. Remember a gallon of water weighs 8lbs.

Yeah is just water retention.

I easily gain 10-11 lb in less than 24h like the captain when doing carb load.

it's only prop though, im surprised water retention would even be a major factor
