Was pushing some heavy on the sled yesterday - felt great and was upping the weight. Full extention down and up / 6-10 reps depending on weight. On my 3rd set, 6th rep I heard a loud pop over my music in the earbuds - then a slight pain in the calf. Kinda odd, since I am not really straining my calf except the normal straining of every muscle when pushing that kind of weight.
The right calf looks normal like the other in every regard. I worked them out before the sled, so both are kinda sore - the right much more. Walking with a limp right now lol. When pulling my foot up towards me, it hurts. Pushing the foot down, it doesn't. No pain in tendons from what i can feel, just the actual calf.
Any ideas of how hosed I am? Seeing a doc on tuesday for elbow tendonitis and this if needed.
