Yeah when you are bulking you should gorge yourslef on everything you see. You should follows a high calorie diet thhat consisits of either 40-40-20 ratio of carbs to protein to fat, or 60-25-15 the same way. Granted you will gain some body fat if you do it right but not too much. Ive been bulckin for 3 months and my BF is about 12.5%. I hope this helps.
