I've been working out off and on ever since I got out of highschool and I'm now trying to get serious about it. I know a few basic exercises but never really established a routine. I just went to the gym and "worked out" most of the time. I'm joining a gym monday and I was hoping you guys could give me some advice on a good routine. I REALLY need to bulk up at the moment being that I'm approx. 10-15lbs under my healthy weight. So I'm more concerned about mass at this time. I weigh about 155 and supposed to be between 165 and 180 I think at 6'2". Any advice would be much appreciated or links with pics would be great too....thanks!
