Squat, hack squat, straight legged deadlifts. Calf raises
its the only way my legs respond lol, i sleep alot and eat alot lol. i also played alot of hockey when i was younger, i think i built up a lot of leg stamina so i have to beat the shit out of them or they dont grow. but idk im constantly trying new lifts, or variations of my routine.
