Okay, in all seriousness, I have found the edition of explosive plyometric movements to be a welcome addition with regards to hypertrophy. But that's probably because my workout routine had grown stale, and I was not growing anymore.

Squat, hack squat, straight legged deadlifts. Calf raises

and stretch your ass off regularly! one thing that so many weight trainers neglect. they don't realize just how import stretching is, it goes hand in hand with resistance training and/or bodybuilding. the more relaxed a muscles is at rest the greater the force it can generate over it's entire ROM.

Front squats moderate weight high volume

i like to split and do front legs tuesday and back legs thursday
tuesday squats 20 reps, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 ,2, 2, 15
standing calve raises 20, 15, 15, 10
hack squats 12, 10, 8 , 8 , 8
seated calve raises 12, 12, 10, 10
lunges till cant
up down stairs on tippy toes with weight
leg extensions 12, 10, 8, 8, 6

thursday
dead lifts 12, 6, 6, 4, 2, 1
standing calves same as tuesday
straight legged dead lift 12, 10, 10, 8, 8
seated calve raise same as tuesday
legg press 14, 12, 10, 10, 8, 6
lying down leg curls 12, 10, 10 ,8
seated calve press 12, 12, 12, 12
then i eat eat! EAT EAT!!!!!

its the only way my legs respond lol, i sleep alot and eat alot lol. i also played alot of hockey when i was younger, i think i built up a lot of leg stamina so i have to beat the shit out of them or they dont grow. but idk im constantly trying new lifts, or variations of my routine.

I'm the same way but with a history of different sports but all leg intensive.. I need high volume with legs, low volume does nothing for me in terms of stimulating hypertrophy.
