So my plan is to use mgf on 2 muscles and I want to use my mgf as efficient as possible. I only workout this muscle 1x a week so I was thinking I would pin 200mcg into the first muscle and 200mcg into the 2nd muscle on the day that I lift and the day after I pin 150mcg and 150mcg into the other muscle. Then the same for the next week and then the third week 150mcg for the day I workout and 150mcg the next day. How does this sound?
