Just wanted to introduce myself. I am 5'11 210 kinda built but have a long way to go for improvement.

I want to focus on my weak tri's, shoulders and legs. My chest and bi's are fine but can be better. My back is average.

5'10 200lbs. here and tri's are a strong point for me. So if you need any tips on your workout, give me a "hell yea!"

Hey Bravehart, welcome.

You've got almost the same stats as me, I'm 5'10" around 190lb with 10%BF.
Feel free to post your workout routine and maybe we can help ya out with the weak parts.
