Hey guys, I am fairly new! I am an IFBB Pro and have a podcast and BB youtube channel
I specialize in holistic coaching, enhancing cognition and performance, using epigenetic and DNA diagnostics to track and reverse my clients biological age and improve their quality of life , as well as the mentioned aspects!
