Well doc ordered more blood work amazing hoops you have to jump threw to get test. She wants my levels between 350-500 sounds low, but once done she will test me every 6 months so that leaves lots of time to blast and no pct. don't like fact she is extremely cautious and doesn't want to over dose.

My endo had me do a battery of test as well before I was put me on TRT...took me over a year to get on TRT, not to mention the time before when I kept telling my primary about my issues with blood test results in hand...they just that they have to go thru the motions since your not going thru a TRT clinic

My doc likes me in the range of around 560ng/dL out of a range of 348-1197ng/dL, plus your free test is pretty high

IMO...specialist will always be somewhat cautious when prescribing a controlled substance which will be required for life...especially testosterone...

My boss did 1 blood test after complaining about symptoms to his doctor. The doctor came back and told him he could do the gel or the injectable. But they were going to have him come in every two weeks and take 1 shot. I told him that sounded a little weird.

Initially on my first bloods which read ~560ng/dL I was on 200mg of test e every 2wks...so one 1ml shot every other wk...but by the end of the 2nd wk before my next shot I was feeling like shit...plus those bloods were taken 8 days after I did the shot of 200mg so the read were going to be good (good enough for TRT)...if I did the bloods more towards the end of the 2nd wk I know it would have showed lower levels...

Now I am on 100mg per wk...so .5ml once a wk..I felt pretty good...but right now I am on a blast of 600mg of test per wk..this cycle will be finished by end of April

I am getting bloods for my endo around 3rd wk in May which I will be back down to 100mg per wk..I'll post bloods when I get those...

That's way too low! I feel better around 1350-1500!

But seriously you should be shooting for the top end of the "medical range", which with most labs is around 1150-1200, at a very minimum 1000.
