I dont have sure if this is the right subforum for this quetsion. Anyway, here goes: i started at a few days /2 weeks i think, my training. I am not used to do physical exercises an di am doing a routine to increase muscle growth (lifting heavy weights, etc).
My problem is that i will get soreness in my working muscles for some days. Like: the 1st i started with the program my soreness/pain would be about 5 or even 6 days! Jesus! thats normal? What do you do to avoid it? I have done somme stretches but maybe they were not enough. How do you do stretches?
