Hi MNGuy - My favorite Vitamin Water is Power C Dragonfruit, but my favorite alternative to soda is plain o'le water. Don't get me wrong, the Vitamin Water line is better than soda, but it's tricky. Take a look at the number of servings and multiply that by the calories per serving. You'll find that "some" of the Vitamin Waters are about 150 calories per bottle. For that reason, I tend to drink Powerade Zero (mixed berry) - 0 calories. Better to eat your calories than to drink'em. Second choice is unsweetend ice tea w/ lemon.
