IML Gear Cream!
lately the last 2-3weeks my finger tips have been getting numb and sometimes my hand. any reason why?

impinged nerve probably.

is it when you get out of bed this occurs ?

its all through the day.

bumo sorry any advice or why it is?

Outside of the mechanical issues (not typically found in both hands simultaneously, unless vibration-initiated damage to nerves has occured), the culprit may be poor regulation of the sensory receptors in hands or imparied circulation, both of which may be addressed by adding taurine and magnesium citrate to your diet.

no...

My suggestion- SEE A DOCTOR!!!! There are so many things it could be from a pinched nerve, to somethig more serious like a small stroke, or neurological problem like lymes disease, lupus or MS.... Don't get your mind rolling what it could be-- better to be safe then sorry.. good luck :O)
