    Also, if you have a Sam's club membership they have by far the best prices on fish oil. They also sell more concentrated fish oil that has something like 450 mg epa-dha, so you take fewer pills for the same amount of omega-3's. They are also enteric coated so you don't get nasty fish burps.

    I honestly don't understand how some people have trouble eating enough...I have the opposite problem. But if you simply get full too easily, you could try drinking some calories (eg. milk) or adding more calorie-dense foods like nuts, pb, etc.

    The omega-3's in the seed aren't any better than the one's in flax oil. However, the ground seed does contain things called ligands which are healthy, as well as fiber and I believe some antioxidants as well. Don't take flax seed for the omega-3's, but it does have other beneficial properties.

    Actually cold temperature increases your metabolism, although I am not sure how much. Your body has to work to keep itself at equilibrium temperature (~98.6), so if it's 30 F outside (and you aren't wearing heavy clothing), your body expends more energy to maintain its temperature.

    First leg workout in 5 years

    If you want something quick, how about just 3 sets of 12-rep squats, 3 sets of hamstring machine exercises (forget what the technical name is) and 2 sets of calf raises? The squats will hit just about everything, and the other 2 exercises will get everything they miss.

    What is your height/weight? I also wouldn't advise taking those supps if you are only 16 - you could try green tea extract and maybe caffeine which would be ok, imo. But I would caution against losing too much weight at your age - you may still be "growing into" your body and as you get taller...
