I had sharp pains in my ribs and i went to the doc and they diagnosed me with costacondritis . It is where the muscle between your ribs has torn . Anyone ever had this happen ? Its really hard to breath . they said there is nothing to heal it
except for time .

On weds this is what I do . 3 rounds of 3 sets...the round goes like this 10 seated incline dumbell curl. 10 preacher curl .10standing ez bar curl .rest and then same thing.
how does this sound ? is this too many reps ? it ends up being like 90 reps
I recently tried the stiff legged deadlift . on Gopros link it states that it should work your hamstrings but when I did it all I felt was my back . I did everything like the description but had no soreness in my hamstrings. any ideas ?

mon -bench .dumbell incline or decline...
My bench is outside and tonite is my bench day ..it will be about 45 to 50 degrees outside. I am wondering if anyone has ever worked out in the cold before and if you have had any difference in the workout. not sure if this is gonna be a good thing or not ..I will try to stay warm .
OK so to start .
last week on bench day . I was feeling sluggish and crappy so i took some yellow jackets to get revived before the workout.
all of a sudden during the workout I felt great and recharged.

I always see peoples wieght on the bench but I never see what people are doing on the leg extension. what is considered a strong weight on leg extensions. I am doing 180 5 sets of 15 .
I only I have an ez curl and a preacher bar is attached to my bench ..
my current routine is this. If you have any suggestions please help.
I only do 5 sets of 10 at 80 pounds
Ok I have read all about the bench shirt and I have seen mixed feelings on them . If anyone has actually used one please let me know how in the world they work .
I was told that piece weight is harder to lift...like for 225 using 12 total plates

4 x 10
4 x 5
instead of just 4 ?is this harder than say
4 x 45 ?
