Well......I worked Chest today. Got several good sets at 225. Didn't do any flyes though. I could feel a twinge in my arm when I did the 1st rep of dumbell flyes. I think I'll concentrate on legs for the rest of the week. Thanks again for everyone's input.

I really appreciate all the input. Unfortuntely I've been using the arm all weekend. I work a weekend shift for Nissan at their drivetrain plant in Decherd TN. I'm a machinist on their V6 engine block line. The blocks weigh 65 lbs each. My arm does feel better though. I'll lay off the arm stuff...

Just got back from the gym and one of the guys at the gym snagged my egg protein. I may order more and make it a regular item.

I've been just carrying whatever my customers want. They pretty much know what they want. I on't have a store or anything. ust a side thing for me. I have a full time job that pays the bills. I would be interested in Avant products.

Well.....just got back from the gym and today was arms day. I kept it light and still got a good pump. That NO2 is awesome stuff. As long as I used the easy curl bars, I was ok. When I used dumbells or a straight bar the pain was unreal. Must have to do with the position of the wrist. No problem...

I had a customer order a 2lb container of Optimum 100% Egg Protein, and then decided to get the whey instead. Now I have this Egg protein sitting here. Any thoughts on the difference between the 2? Are there any benifits to egg over whey? If it any good, I'll use it myself.

I don't buy online. I'm a supplements dealer myself. Hmmmm....maybe I should start an online store. Nah I dont need the headache. I just do this as a side thing I try to help out the people I work with, and the people I work out with. GNC is such a rip off.

I think it was from the last time I worked arms. It doesn't bother me during bench, just arms or side laterals. SUCKS :headbang: Tomorrow is arms day.

I started working out again last week after a year off. Please forgive me. Anyhow, I'm experiencing ain in my right arm. It goes from my wrist to my ebow. I don't think I pulled anything, it's a different kind of pain. Any ideas? I refuse to consider that I'm getting old. :help:

Oh well.....so much for the hamburger steak. I walked outside to check the mail and came back in to find the cat in the middle of my dinner. I guess he wanted the meat more than I did. Does anyone know the protein and carbs in CAT? :hmmm:

Thanks for all the input. I just got home from the local grocery store, here in the big city of Hazel Green AL. I walked around the store for an hour trying to come up with something new. This afternon will be a very large hamburger steak with mushrooms and onions I'd kill for mac and cheese...
