    advice on low cal diet please

    I maintain at 2400, and im 84kg@ 6ft0. I need to drop to 1800 calories just to cut 1-2lb a week.

    It's been a week now and I haven't gained a pound

    It took me a good 4 weeks to put on 3lbs, and I saw no gains in the first 2 weeks. I was on 3400 calories a day. So look at your diet and keep at it.

    Long time lurker

    Long time lurker on the board, thought I'd introduce myself as I'm gonna be posting now. 26 and been training for about a year and a half after a health scare, dropped a lot of fat and went from 115kg to 84kg. No experience in body building so gonna need you guys help packing on the muscle.
