What do you guys think? Part of your diet? What about momosaturated fat, anyone know some good and bad points of these foods?
 
Nuts and peanut butter are very good for you, although as more than a few of us here can attest to...very addicting :D Here's some threads we've been through in the past w/ some good stuff on fats :thumb:

I totally agree with that bro, hopefully i will raise some questions that others were thinking about too, so that more than just myself will be learning!
 
I eat natural peanut butter while bulking. Just peanuts in it that's all. It is very addicting just like the others say. It is a good way to add good calories to your diet.
