I'm currently on 200mg of prop and tren ace eod, along with winny and sdmz.
Just had a few questions:

1. How long after you order the test will it actually show up at your house? My cycle is coming close to ending, so I want to make sure it will come in time.

2. How long after a shot should I wait to take the test?

3. Also, should I expect lower numbers, since I've been on for quite some time now?(as compared to someone who is say 4-5 weeks into the same cycle)

I would test a day after your prop inj due to the half life. I believe the prop will be the only drug youre taking that will raise your serum test levels.
 
Just a noob question: Ordering the female labs wont raise a red flag when a 200lbs male walks in?
 
1) i've used privatemdlabs for 10-12 blood tests. (if thats who you are using) Their turnaround time is great. you get your results via e-mail link in 2-3 days.

2) How long to wait after shot?

If you are 'going for high numbers' - prop esters usually have a peak serum levels 24hrs after injections (give or take for all kinds of variables) and acetate a touch quicker. So for people on shorter esters (like you) there will be a good degree of variance based on when they draw blood relative to when they shoot. People on longer esters have less variability, but still some.

24 hrs after shooting is nice consistent strategy, but maybe there is a generally accepted practice I am unaware of round here.

The orals are fine, won't show up in total T, but whatever damage they have done to you kidney profile/lipids/cholest - that will show up.

sidenote: Unfortunately the female hormone panel (the cheap one) only gives total(serum) T. As well as total E. Minimal, but effective profile IMO. The more expensive one ($160?) full male hormone panel gives free T, which is critical (and winny in theory reduces SHGB raising free t), sensitive Estradiol measurement (a better measure), and in general a more complete look. But if you are using a different service maybe you will have a better profile.

That's my 2 cents.


Hopefully some of the vets can weigh is as well..

No, the female hormone panel only means that the array of preselected test will be run, and they are typically female.

Males can run female panels, vice versa, doesn't matter.

Plus the nurses drawing blood don't even see what the lab will be testing.. Not an issue

Yea i had that same ? first time.

Its just a preselected grouping of tests. In fact no where on your results does it say 'female hormone test panel' - just lists the individual results

Just follow the sticky and you will be good to go.

I recommend making an appointment at the testing facility that you choose. The results are normally emailed to you the next day. You don't get an actual copy, they post it to your account online.
 
Good to know. I'm going to order the test today. Will post up the results, no matter what. I'm sure they will be great =)
 
My other question, that wasn't really answered is, will my levels be a little lower, since I've been on and off since September/October?

I followed the sticky ....Labcorp. one hour and I had my papers...next day test....next day answer

If you're injecting test then I don't know why it would be any lower since you've only been on for a few months.

I'm not sure but this is a good question. If someone is on TRT for years, do their doses normally change as time goes on? I don't see why a tolerance would get built up for test.
 
I was just basing it off of people upping their dose half way through a cycle. Thought that it might be because they start to build a tolerance.

I'm going to pin 24 hours before my draw. Will be pinning 200mg of prop and 200mg of tren ace.

A thank you to Prince, Heavy, and Exphys for creating and running this section. I probably would have never done any lab testing, but, this section piqued my interest.

You should have no build up for tolerance on test as far as levels go. I have been on TRT for a few years and my levels stay the same. Now you will need to increase dose to get the same gains you were getting at say 500mg ew when it was your first cycle.

Ben as far as when to get Test done it should be 7 Days After your last injection. Heavy did a testing protocal on the Z board that explains what you should do.

Youre right on. Ive read prop has a halflife between 1-3 days. I would pin 24 hours before to be fair.
 
I'm also using 1mg of adex ed, from ManPower Research Supply. We shall see how my estro levels are.
