i read on bodybuilding.com an article by bigcat about prohormones and he said it was ok for people 18 and older to take phs if they use caution and are not careless also if they run lower doses do you think me being 19 running a 4 week cycle of epistane a mild ph for beginners with proper pct and support supps would be fine as long as i use good judgement
