Can't break 170, been stuck for 3 months now, so after starting at 135, 5 foot 10 , after about 12 months time to step it up and start doing back to back stacks.

thats what my boy says, EAT more haha im about 4500 cal a day. starting next week no more smoking so that should help. ordered Deca +test cyp
